Kulfi
Ingredients
Milk 2lts
Khoya 100gms
Condense milk optional
Cornflour 2tbsp
Cardoman 2-4
Saffron a pinch
Thick cream 1 cup
Method
Boil milk and reduce into half.
Mix cornflour in a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
Cook till thick.
Add cream and sugar.
Remove from fire,cool and add khoya cardomom powder,saffron and dry fruits.
Pour in a kulfi moulder and freeze.
