fettucini with broccoli and chicken


Ingredients

100gms wholemealflour
50gms Bran
2 Egg
20ml olive oil
6-8 Broccoli boiled
30gms Chicken
2-3 garlic minced
1/2tsp Fresh basil
2-3gms Black pepper
1tsp Almond flakes
2 olives
1 sprig Parsley
Salt to taste

Method

Mix wholemeal flour,bran,beaten egg,a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of olive oil.Make a stiff dough,cover with a wet cloth and allow to stand for 30-45 min.
Roll the dough into a flat and thin sheet.Cut the pasta sheet into one-fourth inch ribbons.
Boil pasta for about 10 min.Strain and rinse pasta in cold water.Toss with one tsp olive oil.
Heat remaining oil,add garlic,chicken,broccili and saute for 3-4 min.Add pasta and Basil,salt and black pepper.
Garnish with Whole olive and parsley.
Serve hot
